Refund policy

RETURN ELIGIBILITY
  • 15-Day Window: Returns accepted within 15 days of purchase. No refunds/exchanges after this period.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase (receipt).

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, magazines).

  • Intimate/sanitary items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids/gases.

  • Gift cards, downloadable software, select health/personal care products.

PARTIAL REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Issued for:
  • Used books, opened media (CDs, DVDs, games, etc.).

  • Damaged/missing parts (not due to our error).

  • Returns initiated after 15 days.


REFUND PROCESS
  1. Inspection: We’ll email you upon receiving your return and confirm approval/rejection.

  2. Approval: Refund processed to your original payment method within 7 days.

LATE/MISSING REFUNDS
  1. Check your bank/credit card statement.

  2. Contact your card issuer or bank (processing times vary).

  3. If unresolved, email service@ifavetrend.com.


SALE ITEMS & EXCHANGES
  • Sale Items: Non-refundable.

  • Exchanges: Only for defective/damaged items. Email service@ifavetrend.com for instructions.

GIFT RETURNS
  • Gift Credit: If marked as a gift, you’ll receive a gift certificate upon return.

  • Refund to Gifter: If not marked as a gift, refund goes to the original purchaser.


SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS
  • Return Address: Mail items to ifavetrend.com.

  • Costs: You pay return shipping. Fees are non-refundable (deducted from refunds if applicable).

  • High-Value Items (>$75): Use tracked/insured shipping. Not responsible for lost returns.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS
  • Pre-Shipment: Full refund if cancelled before shipping/production.

  • Post-Shipment: Cancellations unavailable once shipped.

SHIPPING FEES
  • Consumer’s Responsibility: If return is due to buyer’s reason (e.g., change of mind).

  • Our Responsibility: Free returns for damaged/incorrect items.
